Responsible for providing sales and administrative support to TMI Europe, and coordinating sales activities and programs to maximize sales and profits on an annual and a long term basis.

Responsibilities Include:
Business Development Support

  • Coordinate all activities related to European sales exhibits through the global marketing team
    1. Process documentation
    2. Ship and receive the booth and materials
    3. Assist with maintenance and storage of speciality booth
  • Maintain adequate stocks of promotional materials and product samples
  • Process the delivery of promotional materials and product samples to staff members and to distributors
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports by collecting and/or editing information from a variety of sources
  • Assist with the preparation of the content and final version of customer and internal presentations
  • Respond to requests from customers by providing product information or materials, or by directing the request to a Sales staff member
  • Assist with the coordination of the execution of European targeted promotional materials, such as distributor packages, new product launch materials, sales literature, and conference materials, to distributors
  • Provide basic analysis, reports, and monthly reconciliations on key sales metrics and budgets, including various project expense budgets
  • Prepare internal and external business communication, e.g. reports, letters to customers or distributors, etc.
  • Book travel, accommodations, and meetings as required
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for staff.
  • Assist staff members with file management

  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and legislation

Supplementary

  • Perform special projects as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional associations as appropriate
  • Fully utilize TMI resources to ensure delivery of a quality product to all internal and external customers at a minimal cost

Qualifications:

Education

  • Further education in administration

Experience

  • Three year experience in office administration or marketing coordination

Specialized Skill or Knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Computer literate with:
    1. Advanced experience in MS PowerPoint
    2. Advanced experience in MS Outlook
    3. Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel
    4. Intermediate experience in MS Word

Working Conditions

  • Normal working hours of twenty (20) per week, with additional working hours as required
  • Eligible for overtime compensation (preapproval required) for hours worked over forty (40) in a week
