Responsible for providing sales and administrative support to TMI Europe, and coordinating sales activities and programs to maximize sales and profits on an annual and a long term basis.
Responsibilities Include:
Business Development Support
- Coordinate all activities related to European sales exhibits through the global marketing team
- Process documentation
- Ship and receive the booth and materials
- Assist with maintenance and storage of speciality booth
- Maintain adequate stocks of promotional materials and product samples
- Process the delivery of promotional materials and product samples to staff members and to distributors
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports by collecting and/or editing information from a variety of sources
- Assist with the preparation of the content and final version of customer and internal presentations
- Respond to requests from customers by providing product information or materials, or by directing the request to a Sales staff member
- Assist with the coordination of the execution of European targeted promotional materials, such as distributor packages, new product launch materials, sales literature, and conference materials, to distributors
- Provide basic analysis, reports, and monthly reconciliations on key sales metrics and budgets, including various project expense budgets
- Prepare internal and external business communication, e.g. reports, letters to customers or distributors, etc.
- Book travel, accommodations, and meetings as required
- Maintain accurate attendance records for staff.
- Assist staff members with file management

Qualifications:
Education
- Further education in administration
Experience
- Three year experience in office administration or marketing coordination

- Computer literate with:
- Advanced experience in MS PowerPoint
- Advanced experience in MS Outlook
