Manager, Strategic Accounts

As a leader within our Global Sales team, you will drive share and revenue growth through applicable channels. Design, develop, and implement programs with National Key Accounts and national organizations to deliver effective solutions to patients and healthcare systems. Supporting the Canadian Sales Director in the design, development and implementation of activities to optimize key account agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

FOCUSED EXECUTION WITH DEEP RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Maximize national market share and minimize duplication by leveraging TMI’s full portfolio of products to support sales objectives
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations and stakeholders
  • Represent TM at trade shows and related events as required

KEY ACCOUNTS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop action plan to maximize core product sales and product pull-through while increasing market share and distribution in designated national key accounts
  • Deliver a unified approach with the Regional Managers to key accounts in Canada
  • Educate key accounts on the economic and clinical benefits of company core products and programs
  • Collect, and measure relevant data to maximize analysis opportunity relating to new market opportunities & channels, competitive detail and industry trends
  • Ensure that new product listings and commercial details for Canadian key accounts are being served appropriately

PARTNER MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee and manage relationships with pharmacy brokered field force e.g. training, promotional activities and messaging; review and analyze for sales
  • Ensure questions and concerns from external decisions makers are answered with relevant data that supports TMI’s interests

STAKEHOLDER DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders that can improve the positioning of TMI as a formidable market player
  • Ensure questions and concerns from external decisions makers are answered with relevant data that supports TMI’s interests
  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, industry associations and non-scientific institutions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences or a related field of study
  • 7 years of experience in key account management, broker management
  • Sales experience with a respiratory portfolio of products is an asset
  • Relevant expertise in medical device industry
  • Strong experience with key account management in retail pharmacy sector and retail head offices with driving value to the customers in a cost-efficient manner
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including strong business writing skills
  • Experience executing strategies with key external stakeholders, including messaging and material development
  • Ability to create ‘win-win’ situations and long-term business relationships
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset
