A Laboratory Investigation into the Performance of a Valved Holding Chamber with the Respimat Soft Mist Inhaler using an Adult Oropharynx Model and Breathing Simulation

The study, modeling adult use, confirmed the hypothesis that the addition of the AeroChamber Plus* Flow-Vu* VHC to the three different Respimat SMI products did not appreciably affect delivery of the portion of each API penetrating the model carina, and therefore available for lung deposition.
