Product Manager, E-commerce and Digital

As a member of our Global Marketing and Portfolio team, you will drive digital customer acquisition efforts by creating and executing digital marketing programs and aid the company in building strong digital capabilities. Leverage all digital and non-digital capabilities at TMI to maximize digital sales conversion across all focus markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

DIGITAL STRATEGY

  • Guide the overall TMI digital acquisition strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets, by optimizing channel performance plans using data analysis and historical results for various product lines
  • Ensure to help develop and implement effective omnichannel strategies that capitalize on today’s fragmented customer journey – integrating across various online and offline programs
  • Liaise with Product Managers to help design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals while monitoring ROI and KPIs and reporting to management on the outcomes
  • Ensure to support digital program development for indirect markets (in collaboration with distributors)
  • Ensure to work with our Marketing Operations team to improve the performance, usability, design, content and conversion of the company’s website(s) to increase performance of all metrics and grow traffic across all key markets
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to provide cost effective solutions in a timely manner as needed

MULTI-CHANNEL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DELIVERY

  • Ensure all digital projects are managed and completed on time
  • Utilize strong digital marketing capabilities and analytical ability to deliver premium end-to-end digital customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and champion the inclusion of the multi-channel strategy in brand plans
  • Ensure to build and execute an integrated and robust digital marketing program to support the business needs including new product launches: SEO, paid search, PPC, programmatic, display, social media advertising, email marketing
  • Lead development of Amazon Marketplace / Amazon Web Services strategy

DELIVERY OF ECOMMERCE FINANCIAL GOALS AND TARGETS

  • In collaboration with commercial leaders, help deliver and exceed the growth objectives for corporate owned eCommerce sites, and marketplaces
  • Ensure to identify & implement opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell consumers within the customer journeys
  • Partner with Data Analyst[s] to report on performance, insights and optimizations on a periodic basis to all levels of the organization
  • Ensure to participate in integrated business planning processes

MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING

  • Ensure to oversee the development of digital and web traffic dashboards and identify trends and insights to support a deeper understanding of channel attribution to optimize channel mix and cost effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business
  • Certification in Google Marketing preferred
  • 5-8 years’ experience with digital marketing, SEO and SEM
  • 3-5 years’ experience building and leading high-performance direct or indirect digital marketing teams
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, preferably in healthcare, life-sciences or medical devices
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, CRM and marketing automation required
  • A strategic and creative mindset with proven experience in assessing and drawing insights from business data, research studies, and campaign analytics to optimize performance and execute on innovative opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the complexities of the digital landscape and how to optimize emerging digital marketing trends and tactics
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with ability to partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Amazon marketing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook advertising), marketing automation tools and CRM (preferably SalesForce.com)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, or other media editing software
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Digital agency experience is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
