LONDON, ON, September 15, 2026 – Trudell Medical International is proud to announce the release of their 2026 Sustainability Report. The report summarizes key data and activities that demonstrate how the company is bringing the enterprise sustainability strategy, Shaping a Sustainable Tomorrow, to life.

The platform for the 2026 report is “Inspiring the Next Breath,” and is organized around three themes: the air we share, innovation with intention, and empowering our people. Each section is intentionally linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, demonstrating how Trudell Medical International’s commitments and initiatives connect to those of our customers and suppliers.

Highlights:

  • According to EcoVadis benchmarking, Trudell Medical International’s scope 1 carbon emissions are roughly 48% lower than industry peers, and scope two emissions are roughly 91% lower than industry peers.1
  • By manufacturing in London, Canada, 92% of electricity used in manufacturing comes from clean energy sources.2
  • 100% of new products complete a Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) to inform sustainable design decisions including process emissions, resource consumption, and material choices.1

“We recognize the inherent link between respiratory health and air quality,” says Ian Heynen, President, Trudell Medical International. “That’s why we’re taking meaningful and measured actions to enable positive patient outcomes that significantly reduce our carbon emissions. While there is still much to be done, we’re proud to showcase our progress.”
