Most devices are covered on extended health benefits via a manual pay-and-submit process. Please remember to always submit the receipt and prescription directly to your insurance provider even if denied in the pharmacy. Claims submitted through the pharmacy counter may be wrongly denied coverage. Additionally, you can be reimbursed when you buy on trudellmed.com. Use your email confirmation as your invoice when you submit for reimbursement to your private insurance provider.
