OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (“Rules”)
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES.
SPONSOR: Trudell Medical International Inc. doing business as Trudell Medical International, 725 Baransway Drive, London Ontario, N5V 5G4, Canada is the sponsor of this Promotion (“Trudell” “we,” “our” or “us”).
PROMOTION TERM: Entries will be accepted only during the period beginning on July 31, 2026, and ending on August 14, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received by 11:59 pm UK time (GMT +1) on the last day of the Entry Period. Trudell’s computer system is used to govern all computer and time-related aspects of the Promotion and is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for entry:
- you must complete the promotion requirements in full and submit in accordance with the ‘How to Enter’ section below;
- you must be a legal resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- you or any of your immediate family members (defined as spouse, dependent for income tax purposes, or step or biological mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son) cannot be an employee, director or officer of Trudell or of any affiliate of Trudell;
You will be disqualified if you fail to meet any one or more, or part, of any of the above eligibility criteria.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. Internet access and/or cellular data is required to participate.
To enter, during the Entry Period You must visit the Promotion site: https://www.cognitoforms.com/TMIMedicalDistribution/MyAeroUKSurveyJuly2026AeroChamberSpacer (the “Promotion Site”) and complete the survey provided by Trudell. The survey collects feedback and market research insights regarding Trudell products which will be stored in our database for internal analysis, product improvement and tracking user experience. Aggregated, anonymized statistics or insights derived from survey responses may be published or shared publicly; however, no individual names, personal identifiers or sensitive health data will be published or disclosed without your separate, explicit consent. Each person that completes the survey is referred to in these Rules as a “Participant” or “you”.
Only fully completed entries that comply with these Rules will be valid (each, an “Entry” or together, “Entries”). Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, altered, misdirected, or late Entries will not be accepted.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means (including the use of Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT), bulk entry service, or any other means intended to circumvent the Entry process are prohibited and will be void.
If Trudell offers any option to receive marketing communications, that option will be separate from Entry into the Promotion. Agreeing to receive marketing will not be a condition of entry.
PRIZE: A total of three (3) prizes will be available to be won. One (1) Amazon® e-gift card with a value of £100 eachwill be rewarded to each selected winning Participant, for a total of three (3) winning Participants.
The total number, type, and value of prizes will be as stated in these Rules and any applicable promotional materials. Any images used in promotional materials are for illustration only.
Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered, except that Trudell may substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Trudell’s reasonable control.
Any additional costs or expenses associated with the use, redemption, or enjoyment of a prize that are not expressly stated as included will be the responsibility of the winning Participant.
Gift cards are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the issuing retailer or provider, including any expiry dates, usage restrictions, territorial limits, or replacement policies.
SELECTION OF WINNER; WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM:
There will be three (3) winning Participants. All valid entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into a random draw. The winning Participants will be selected at random within one (1) month of the end of the Entry Period using a fair and verifiable process.
The Promoter's decision on eligibility, validity of entries, and the outcome of the draw will be final, provided that the Promoter acts reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
The eligible winning Participants will be notified via the email address provided with their entry within approximately 15 days following selection. The eligible winning Participants may be required to execute and return, within 2 weeks of issuance of notification, an affidavit of eligibility, an assignment of rights, a release of liability, and (where legal) an intellectual property and publicity rights release (“Prize Documents”), which may include, without limitation, a release of the Released Parties as set forth below.
If an eligible winning Participant cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Prize Documents within the specified time period, or is found to be ineligible, or otherwise does not meet all Rules, that Participant will be deemed disqualified and will forfeit the Prize. In the event that a Participant is disqualified for any reason, Trudell may redraw from eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Winning Participants will have their respective Prize delivered to them via the email address provided in their Entry.
Trudell is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or failed delivery caused by incorrect contact details supplied by the Participant, spam filters, technical issues outside Trudell’s reasonable control, or the acts or omissions of third-party delivery providers.
If a dispute arises regarding the identity of a Participant, the proper Participant will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter the Promotion. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address
ODDS OF BEING SELECTED: The odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible Entries received during each Entry Period.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Each winning Participant may be required to produce a valid driver’s license or valid picture I.D. to accept delivery of his or her prize. Trudell reserves the right to disqualify a person if he/she enters this Promotion or tries to do so by any means contrary to these Rules or which would be unfair to other Participants or where entries are generated by any mechanical or automated means. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promotion Site or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of laws and may be subject to remedies and damages, including criminal prosecution. All entries become the property of Trudell and will not be verified or returned. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the companies that the prize has been purchased from.
PUBLICITY: Trudell may publish or make available the surname and county of residence of each winning Participant in order to demonstrate that a valid award took place, including in response to a lawful request from the Advertising Standards Authority or any other competent authority.
By entering the Promotion, each winning Participant agrees that Trudell may use the winning Participant’s first name, surname, county, and likeness for reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion, without additional payment, if the winning Participant is first notified of and agrees to such use where consent is required by law.
Any Participant who objects to some or all of their winner information being published or made available should contact Trudell at marketing@trudellmed.com. Trudell may still disclose the relevant information to regulators or other competent authorities if required to do so.
CONSENT TO USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the Promotion and voluntarily providing personal data including, but not limited to name, address, city, country, home phone number, e-mail address, survey feedback and social media username (Participant Information), you consent to Trudell collecting and using your Participant Information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, selecting the winning Participant, conducting internal market research, user profiling , product analytics, and anonymized public-facing statistics or data insights, and for any other purpose as identified in these Rules or in Trudell’s Privacy Policy. Individual survey feedback or testimonials will not be published publicly unless separate, explicit consent is obtained. Participant Information received for this Promotion will not be sold or rented to any third party.
MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION: Trudell may amend these Rules, suspend, cancel, or withdraw the Promotion only where it is reasonably necessary to do so due to events outside Trudell’s reasonable control, fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory issues, or other circumstances that make the Promotion impossible or impracticable to operate fairly and as intended.
If Trudell makes a material change or cancels the Promotion, it will take reasonable steps to inform participants as soon as possible using the same channel through which the Promotion was promoted or another appropriate method.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS: If the Promotion is promoted on or through any social media or third-party platform, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
By entering through a third-party platform, Participants also acknowledge that they may be subject to that platform's terms of use, rules, and policies.
LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Trudell, its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, agents and employees (“Released Parties”) shall not be responsible for any injuries, loss or damages of any kind (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) with respect to or in any way arising from, this Promotion or the prize awarded, including but not limited to: (i) lost, stolen, not received, destroyed, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, fraudulent or late Entries which will be void and not eligible; (ii) failure to receive Entries for any reason or technical failure or errors of any kind, including but not limited to incorrect or inaccurate capture or loss of entry information, omissions, lost/delayed/garbled data, transmission failure, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, servers, or software, traffic congestion on the internet or any website or any other online communication problems or any combination thereof; (iii) seeding or printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related material or human error; or (iv) any injury or damage to Participants’ or any other persons’ computer system(s) due to viruses or otherwise breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computers. A winning Participant’s refusal or inability to accept a prize awarded shall release Trudell from all obligation. In no event shall Trudell be held to award more than one (1) prize to one (1) person or to award the prize otherwise than in compliance with these Rules. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release the Released Parties harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize including without limitation any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
TAX: Trudell accepts no responsibility for any tax liability that may arise for a winner in connection with a prize. Winning Participants are responsible for determining and discharging any tax obligations that apply to them.
GOVERNING LAW: These Rules and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If a Participant is a legal resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, nothing in these Rules will deprive that Participant of any mandatory protections available under the laws of that part of the United Kingdom, and the entrant may bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable.
Subject to the paragraph above, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Rules and/or the Promotion.
